The Texas Real Estate Research Center at Texas A&M University has issued the following press release:

AUSTIN – H-E-B has broken ground on a 103,000-sf store at CR 163 and SH 290.

The site is home to the former Nutty Brown Amphitheatre.

Construction will be complete by spring 2023.
