The Element North Austin Tech Ridge opened its doors on Mar. 23, offering a new extended-stay hotel option at 900 E. Parmer Lane in North Austin. The hotel is designed to serve business travelers, tech professionals, and families visiting one of the city’s fastest-growing technology and business areas.

The opening is significant for the local community as it supports both tourism and business travel in a rapidly developing part of Austin. The property features 124 guest rooms and suites with fully equipped kitchens and filtered drinking water, aiming to provide guests with comfort during longer stays.
