Downtown Austin getting 2.7M-sf mixed-use tower

AUSTIN – Lincoln Property Co. and Kairoi Residential are planning a 74-story, 2.7 million-sf tower at 98 Red River St.

The $520 million project will include 352 apartments, 686,000 sf of office space, and a 251-room hotel.
