Austin’s Long Center will host a community workout event led by top trainers, offering a 75-minute session divided into three parts: a yoga warmup, cardio and core exercises, and strength training. The event is designed to be inclusive of all fitness levels with the goal of fostering community spirit through physical activity.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats and water bottles. After the workout, attendees can enjoy cold plunges, free food, and swag. Additionally, there will be wellness activities focused on mental health and sustainability.
