Clem Snide, the alt-country and indie solo project of Israeli-American musician Eef Barzelay, first appeared in Boston as a trio in the early 1990s. Over three decades and more than a dozen studio albums, Clem Snide has gained a cult following and critical acclaim. The project has attracted notable fans, including Bon Iver and Ben Folds.

Eef Barzelay’s work has been described by NPR as belonging to “the most underrated songwriter in the business today, with a sneakily firm grasp on poignancy and humor.”
