THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING REINVESTMENT ZONE #20 WILL MEET ON THURSDAY, JULY 18, 2024 AT 10:30 AM, AUSTIN CITY HALL, 301 W. Second St. Austin, TX, and some members may be attending via videoconference

AGENDA

The Board may go into a closed session as permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act, (Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code) regarding any item on this agenda.

Consent

1. Conduct elections for the vice-chair and other officers considered appropriate for the Board of Directors of Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 20 (Colony Park Sustainable Community).

2. Adopt a project plan and reinvestment zone financing plan for Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 20 (Colony Park Sustainable Community) and submit the approved plan to the Austin City Council.
