Chair Tovo called the committee meeting to order at 10:30 a.m.

Approval of Minutes
1. Approve the minutes of the Public Health Committee meeting on September 7, 2022.
The minutes of the October 6, 2022, Public Health Committee meeting were approved on Council Member Fuentes’ motion, and Council Member Kitchen’s second, on a 3-0 vote, with Mayor Steve Adler and Council Member Harper-Madison off the dais.
Discussion and Possible Action
2. Discussion and possible action regarding the review of applications to fill a vacancy for director on the Central Health Board of Directors.
No action taken.
Executive Session
3. Discussion the selection of members to the Central Health Board of Directors. (Personnel matters Section 551.074
The Committee discussed personnel matters related to item 3. The Committee will hold a Special Called meeting on Monday, December 5, 2022, and will interview three candidates and make recommendations to the full Council.
