City of Austin Mueller Local Government Corporation Board of Directors met Aug. 17.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

Chair Adler called the meeting to order at 10:20 p.m. MLGC1. Approval of Minutes for the August 11, 2021 Regular Board Meeting. 

The minutes of the August 11, 2021 Regular Board Meeting was approved on Director Renteria’s’ motion, Director Vela’s second on an 11-0 vote. 

MLGC2. Approve a resolution adopting the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Mueller Local Government Corporation Operating Budget in the amount of $4,842,296 for the Mueller Redevelopment Project. 

Resolution 20220817-MLGC002 was approved on Director Renteria’s’ motion, Director Vela’s second on an 11-0 vote. 

Chair Adler adjourned the meeting without objection at 10:22 p.m.
