Call to Order
Council Member Ellis called the committee meeting to order at 1:05 p.m.

Approval of Minutes
1. Approve the minutes of the September 18, 2025, Mobility Committee Meeting. Motion by CM Harper-Madison, 2nd by CM Vela approved 4-0 vote.
Discussion and Possible Action
2. Discussion and possible action on the Mobility Committee meeting schedule for calendar year 2026.
Motion by CM Vela and second by CM Harper-Madison approved on a 4-0 vote.
Briefings
3. Briefing from the Urban Transportation Commission regarding actions from the October 7, 2025, meeting.
The committee received a briefing from Susan Somers, Chair – Urban Transportation Commission.
4. Briefing on CapMetro Transit Plan 2035.
The committee received a briefing from Zane Barnes, Vice President, Government Affairs, CapMetro.
5. Briefing from Austin Transportation and Public Works regarding Annual Proactive Maintenance Service Plans for City Streets.
The committee received a briefing from Adam Bailey, Program Consultant – Austin Transportation and Public Works.
6. Briefing on new technology related to electric takeoff and landing vehicles and its future. The committee received a briefing from Mike Rogers, Assistant City Manager – City of Austin.
7. Report by the Austin Transportation and Public Works related to ongoing mobility programs and projects in the Central Texas region, including construction and service updates.
The committee received a briefing from Richard Mendoza, Director – Austin Transportation Public Works.
