Chair Ellis called the committee meeting to order at 1:01 p.m.

Approval of Minutes
1. Approve the minutes of the Mobility Committee meeting on April 23, 2024.
The minutes of the April 23, 2024, Mobility Committee meeting was approved on Council Member Qadri’s motion, and Council Member Vela’s second, on a 4-0 vote with Council Member Kelly off the dais.
Briefings
2. Update from the Urban Transportation Commission (UTC) regarding actions from the April 2, 2024, and May 7, 2024, meetings.
The committee received an update on recent discussion and action items at the Urban Transportation Commission from its Chair, Susan Somers.
3. Urban Trails and Sidewalk Program updates.
The committee received a briefing from Justin Norvell and Laura Dierenfield, Transportation and Public Works.
4. Briefing regarding the 2024 Mobility Annual Plan.
The committee received a briefing from Anna Martin, Assistant Director, Transportation and Public Works.
5. Briefing regarding the Metrobike bikeshare system relating to community engagement, strategic planning and the interlocal agreement with Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority
The committee received a briefing from Nadia Barrera-Ramirez, CapMetro and Jacob Barrett, Austin Transportation and Public Works.
