1. Approve the minutes of the Mobility Committee meeting on January 19th 2023.

The minutes of the January 19th, 2023 Mobility Committee meeting were approved on Council Member Qadri motion, and Council Member Harper- Madison second, on a 4-0 vote with Council Member Kelly absent.

Briefings

1. Equitable transit-oriented development (eTOD) planning and policies, including the draft eTOD Policy Plan and anti-displacement funding.

The Committee received a briefing from Warner Cook (Housing and Planning Department, Division Manager)

2. Update from the chair of the Urban Transportation Commission (UTC) regarding recent UTC actions

3. ATX Walk Bike Roll Completion Report.
