City of Austin Mobility Committee met Jan. 20.

The Mobility Committee convened in a meeting via videoconference.

CALL TO ORDER
Chair Ellis called the committee meeting to order at 1:08pm.
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES of the Mobility Committee meeting of November 10th, 2021.
The November 10th 2021 meeting minutes were approved on Council Member Alter motion, Council Member Harper-Madison second and a unanimous vote on the committee dias.
2. NEW BUSINESS
a. Cap and Stitch Design Strategy for inclusion in the I-35 Capital Express Central Expansion.
b. Project Connect Blue Line Bridge and Orange Line design on Guadalupe St.
c. Affordability Unlocked Case Study on Mobility: The Chicon Phase II affordable housing development.
d. Recommendation for Taxicab Franchise Transition.
e. Update from the chair of the Urban Transportation Commission (UTC) regarding recent UTC actions from the 9/27/21, 10/5/21, 11/02/21 and 12/06/21 meetings.
f. Update from Assistant City Manager Gina Fiandaca on the City’s Strategic Mobility Outcome.
3. Future Items
