Call to Order

Chair Ellis called the committee meeting to order at 1:04 p.m.

Approval of Minutes

1. Approve the minutes of the Mobility Committee meeting on November 10, 2022.

The minutes of the November 10th, 2022 Mobility Committee meeting were approved on Council Member Kelly motion, and Council Member Harper- Madison second, on a 3-0 vote with Council Member Alter absent.

Briefings

1. Update from the chair of the Urban Transportation Commission (UTC) regarding recent UTC actions

No update was given

2. Update on the Proposed South Congress Parking and Transportation District project.

The Committee received a briefing from Jason Redfern (Austin Transportation Department, Division Manager)

3. Bi-annual Update on the-35 Expansion Cap and Stitch project

The Committee received a briefing from Mike Trimble (Corridor Program Office, Director)

4. Update on the Public Works Department Annual Service Plan.

The Committee received a briefing from James Snow (Public Works Department, Director)

5. Update from Assistant City Manager Gina Fiandaca on the City’s Strategic Mobility Outcome
