Council Member Ellis called the committee meeting to order at 1:02 p.m.

1. Approve the minutes of the November 13, 2025, Mobility Committee Meeting.

The minutes were approved on this the 4 day of December on Council Member Laine’s motion, Council Member Qadri’s second on a 4-0 vote.

The committee received a briefing from Michelle Marx, Transportation Officer- Austin Transportation and Public Works.

3. Briefing on moratorium on scooter providers and curb management study update.

The committee received a briefing from Richard Mendoza, Director – Austin Transportation and Public Works.

4. Briefing on urban trails & sidewalks program updates, gaps, & funding needs.

The committee received a briefing from John Eastman, Division Manager of Public Works Operations- Austin Transportation and Public Works.
