City of Austin Mobility Committee met Aug. 6.

The Mobility Committee convened in a special meeting via videoconference. 

Committee Members in attendance:

CALL TO ORDER 

Chair Ellis called the committee meeting to order at 11:32am. 

1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES of the Mobility Committee meeting of May 27th,  2021. 

The May 27th, 2021 meeting minutes were approved on Mayor Pro Tem Harper Madison motion, Council Member Alter second and a unanimous vote on the committee dias. 

2. NEW BUSINESS  

a. Update on Project Connect 

b. Update on Street Impact Fee Implementation 

c. Briefing on the Austin Transportation Department Place Making Program  

3. Future Items 

a. Update from chair of the Urban Transportation Commission (UTC) regarding recent UTC actions from the 7/21 and 8/18 meetings 

4. ADJOURN 

Chair Ellis adjourned the meeting at 1:04p.m. without objection.
