THE AUSTIN HOUSING PUBLIC FACILITY CORPORATION WILL MEET ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2023 AT 10:30 AM, AUSTIN CITY HALL, 301 W. SECOND STREET AUSTIN, TX, and some members may be attending via videoconference 

AGENDA 

The Board may go into a closed session as pe1mitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act, (Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code) regarding any item on this agenda. 

Consent 

1. Approve the meeting minutes of the June 1, 2023, and June 8, 2023, board meetings of the Austin Housing Public Facility Corporation. 

2. Approve an inducement resolution related to an application for private activity bond financing that authorizes an allocation ofup to $35,000,000 in private activity volume cap multi-family non-recourse bonds to Escuela Nueva LLC, or an affiliated entity, for a proposed affordable multi-family development to be known as Escuela Nueva, located at or near 2013 Montopolis Drive, Austin, Texas 78741.
