AGENDA

Consent

1. Approve an inducement resolution related to an application for private activity bond financing that authorizes an allocation of up to $26,000,000 in private activity volume cap multi-family non-recourse bonds to Foundation Communities, Inc., or an affiliated entity, for a proposed affordable multi-family development to be known as Ma1y Lee Square Phase I, located at or near 1326, 1328, 1332, and 1342 Lamar Square Drive, Austin, Texas 78704.

2. Approve an inducement resolution related to an application for private activity bond financing that authorizes an allocation of up to $25,000,000 in private activity volume cap multi-family non-recourse bonds to Pleasant Valley LP, or an affiliated entity, for a proposed affordable multi-family development located at or near 5900 South Pleasant Valley Road, Austin, Texas 78744.

3. Approve an inducement resolution related to an application for private activity bond financing that authorizes an allocation of up to the greater of 1.7 percent of the state ceiling or $50,000,000 in private activity volume cap multi-family non-recourse bonds to Austin Leased Housing Associates V, LLLP or

an affiliated entity, for a proposed affordable multi-family development to be known as Sage at Franklin Park, located at or near 4500 Nuckols Crossing Road, Austin, Texas 78744.

4. Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement with the Ending Community Homelessness Coalition for providing Permanent Supportive Housing and Rapid Rehousing consulting services, to extend the term of the agreement through September 30, 2023, and include an additional $100,000, for a total amount not to exceed $400,000.
