THE AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION WILL MEET ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2025 AT 10:30 AM, AUSTIN CITY HALL, 301 W. SECOND STREET, AUSTIN, TX AND SOME BOARD MEMBERS MAY BE PARTICIPATING VIA VIDEOCONFERENCE.

AGENDA

The Board may go into a closed session as permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act, (Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code) regarding any item on this agenda.

Consent

1. Approve the minutes of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation Board of Directors meetings for August 13, August 28, September 11, September 25 of 2025. Funding: This item has no fiscal impact.

2. Authorize payment of the balance of the commercial loan from Broadway National Bank to AHFC Villa Del Rey Non-Profit Corporation, an affiliate of Austin Housing Finance Corporation, obtained for the acquisition of, and repairs to, Villa del Rey, a multifamily, apartment complex, located at 4000 Avenue A, Austin, Texas 78751, in an amount not to exceed $2,428,685. Funding: Funding in the amount of $2,428,685 is available in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Capital Budget of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation.
