1. Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of Austin to fund and administer the Homeless Assistance/Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program in an amount not to exceed $175,000, for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,467,971.
