City of Austin Housing Finance Corporation Board of Directors will meet Dec. 9,

Here is the agenda provided by the board:

The Board may go into a closed session as permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act, (Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code) regarding any item on this agenda.

Consent

1. Approve the meeting minutes of the November 18, 2021 board meeting of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation.

2. Authorize negotiation and execution of an agreement with Foundation Communities and Guadalupe Neighborhood Development Corporation, or another qualified respondent, to develop approximately 7.96 acres for affordable housing purposes located at or near 3811 Tannehill Lane

Districts (District 1).

3. Authorize negotiation and execution of an 11-month contract with the Housing Authority of the City of Austin to fund and administer the Tenant-Based Rental Assistance program, which provides housing opportunities through subsidies to families experiencing homelessness, in an amount not to exceed $1,133,205.
