City of Austin Housing Finance Corporation Board of Directors will meet Aug. 13.

THE AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION WILL MEET ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 13, 2025 AT 10:30 AM, AUSTIN CITY HALL, 301 W. SECOND STREET, AUSTIN, TX AND SOME BOARD MEMBERS MAY BE PARTICIPATING VIA VIDEOCONFERENCE.

AGENDA

The Board may go into a closed session as permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act, (Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code) regarding any item on this agenda.

Consent

1. Approve a resolution adopting the Austin Housing Finance Corporation Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 in the amount of $80,423,356; authorizing the development of program guidelines; and establishing administrative approval limits for the General Manager. Funding is available in the City of Austin’s Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Capital Budget.

2. Approve a resolution that adopts the Austin Housing Finance Corporation Grant Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 in the amount of $37,831,507 and the Housing Assistance Fund Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 in the amount of $3,000,000; authorizes the development of program guidelines for the named housing programs for Fiscal Year 2025-2026; and establishes administrative approval limits for the General Manager. Funding is available in the City’s Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Operating Budget and the Austin Housing Finance Corporation’s Housing Assistance Fund.

3. Authorize negotiation and execution of a one-year service agreement with the City of Austin to manage and operate various housing programs on the City of Austin’s behalf during Fiscal Year 2025-2026 in an amount not to exceed $118,254,863. Funding in the amount of $118,254,863 is available in the Operating and Capital Budgets of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation.
