City of Austin Housing Finance Corporation Board of Directors met Sept 15.

The Board of Directors of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) was convened in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 301 W. 2nd Street, Austin, TX and via videoconference. The following AHFC items were considered by AHFC’s Board of Directors. 

President Adler called the meeting to order at 1:04 p.m. 

CONSENT AGENDA 

AHFC1. 

Authorize negotiation and execution of a one-year service agreement with the City of Austin to manage and operate various housing programs on the City of Austin’s behalf during Fiscal Year 2022-2023 in an amount not to exceed $34,887,251. The motion authorizing the negotiation and execution of a one-year service agreement with the City of Austin was approved on consent on Director Pool’s motion, Director Harper-Madison’s second on a 9-1 vote. Director Kelly voted nay. Director Renteria was absent. 

President Adler adjourned the meeting at 1:06 p.m. without objection.
