City of Austin Housing Finance Corporation Board of Directors met March 3.

The Board of Directors of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) was convened via Videoconference. The following were the AHFC items considered by the Austin Housing Finance Corporation’s Board of Directors. 

President Adler called the meeting to order at 11:01 a.m. 

CONSENT AGENDA 

AHFC1. Approve the meeting minutes of the January 27, 2022 and February 3, 2022 board meetings of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation. The motion approving the minutes for the January 27, 2022 and February 3, 2022 board meetings was approved on consent on Director Renteria’s motion, Director Harper-Madison’s second on a 9-0 vote. Director Tovo was off the dais. President Adler was absent. 

AHFC2. Approve the negotiation and execution of a loan agreement and related documents with Summertree Development, LLC or an affiliated entity, in an amount not to exceed $460,000 for an ownership housing development to be located at or near 7308 South Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas 78745. District(s) Affected: District 2. The motion authorizing the negotiation and execution of a loan agreement and related documents with Summertree Development, LLC or an affiliated entity was approved on Director Renteria’s motion, Director Harper-Madison’s second on a 9-0 vote. Director Tovo was off the dais. President Adler was absent. 

AHFC3. Approve the negotiation and execution of a loan agreement and related documents with Menchaca Supportive Housing, LLC, or an affiliated entity, in an amount not to exceed $4,517,708 for a rental housing development to be located at or near 7331 Menchaca Road, Austin, Texas 78745. District(s) Affected: District 5. The motion authorizing the negotiation and execution of a loan agreement and related documents with Menchaca Supportive Housing, LLC or an affiliated entity was approved on Director Renteria’s motion, Director Harper-Madison’s second on a 9-0 vote. Director Tovo was off the dais. President Adler was absent. 

President Adler adjourned the meeting at 11:03 a.m. without objection.
