City of Austin Housing Finance Corporation Board of Directors met March 24.

The Board of Directors of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) was convened via Videoconference. The following were the AHFC items considered by the Austin Housing Finance Corporation’s Board of Directors. 

President Adler called the meeting to order at 11:11 a.m. 

President Adler recessed the meeting at 11:15 a.m. 

President Adler reconvened the meeting at 12:43 a.m. 

CONSENT AGENDA 

AHFC1. Approve the negotiation and execution of a loan agreement with Austin Revitalization Authority, or an affiliated entity, to assist with the acquisition of a fourplex located at 8402 Garcreek Circle, Austin Texas 78724, pursuant to the City of Austin’s Anti-Displacement Community Acquisition Program, in an amount not to exceed $458,000.00. District(s) Affected: District 1. The motion authorizing the negotiation and execution of a loan agreement with Austin Revitalization Authority, or an affiliated entity was approved on Director Harper-Madison’s motion, Director Renteria’s second on a 10-0 vote. Director Vela was of the dais. 

President Adler adjourned the meeting at 12:45 p.m. without objection.
