City of Austin Housing Finance Corporation Board of Directors met March 23.

The Board of Directors of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC Board) was convened on Thursday, March 23, 2023, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 301 W. 2nd Street, Austin, TX and via videoconference. The following were the AHFC items considered by the AHFC Board.

President Watson called the meeting to order at 10:35 a.m. Directors Alison Alter and Harper-Madison appeared via videoconference.

CONSENT AGENDA

AHFC1. Approve a resolution appointing and establishing the terms of the directors on the boards of directors of the 23 nonprofit corporations affiliated with Austin Housing Finance Corporation and appointing the president of each of the nonprofit corporations.

Resolution No. 20230323-AHFC001 was approved on consent on Director Fuentes’ motion, Director Vela’s second without objection. Director Kelly abstained.

President Watson adjourned the meeting at 10:39 a.m. without objection.
