The Board of Directors of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) was convened on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 301 W. Second Street, Austin, Texas, 78701. The following were the AHFC items considered by the Austin Housing Finance Corporation’s Board of Directors.

President Adler called the meeting to order at X:XX p.m.

CONSENT AGENDA

AHFC1. Approve a resolution adopting the Austin Housing Finance Corporation Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 in the amount of $97,342,903; authorizing the development of program guidelines; and establishing administrative approval limits for the general manager.

Resolution No. 20210811-AHFC001 was approved on consent on Director XX’s motion, Director XX’s second on a X-X vote.

AHFC2. Approve a resolution adopting the Austin Housing Finance Corporation Grant Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 in the amount of $8,396,231 and the Housing Assistance Fund Budget for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 in the amount of $5,225,000 for a total budget of $13,621,231; authorizing the development of program guidelines for the named housing programs for Fiscal Year 2021-2022; authorizing the transfer of budget amounts under certain conditions; and establishing administrative approval limits for the general manager.

Resolution No. 20210811-AHFC002 was approved on consent on Director XX’s motion, Director XX’s second on a X-X vote.

President Adler adjourned the meeting at X:XX p.m. without objection.
