Call to Order

Council Member Vela called the committee meeting to order at 9:09 a.m. Approval of Minutes

1. Approve the minutes of the October 7, 2025, meeting of the Austin Energy Utility Oversight.

Minutes were approved on Council Member Siegl’s motion and Council Member Ellis’s Second. The minutes of the July 22, 2025, meeting of the Austin Energy Utility Oversight Committee was approved 9-0.

Discussion and Possible Action

2. Discussion and approval of the 2026 Austin Energy Utility Oversight Committee Meeting Schedule.

The 2026 Austin Energy Utility Oversight Committee Meeting Schedule was approved on Council Member Duchen and Council Member Ellis’s second. The 2026 2026 Austin Energy Utility Oversight Committee Meeting Schedule was approved 9-0.

3. General Manager’s Report – Battery Storage, Renewable Energy Requests for Proposals, Affordability Benchmarking, and Light Up Navajo
