The Austin Energy Utility Oversight Committee convened in a regular meeting at 301 W. 2nd Street in Austin, Texas.

1. Approve the minutes of the September 28, 2021 Austin Energy Utility Oversight Committee meetings.

The minutes of the September 28, 2021 meeting were approved on Council Member Alter’s motion, and Council Member Kelly’s second, on a 9-0 vote with Council Member Casar and Council Member Kitchen off the dais.

DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION

2. Discuss the 2022 AEUOC meeting calendar.

The 2022 AEUOC meeting calendar was approved on Council Member Kelly’s motion, and Vice Chair Tovo’s second, on a 9-0 vote with Council Member Casar and Council Member Kitchen off the dais.
