The Austin Energy Utility Oversight Committee convened in a regular meeting at 301 W. 2nd Street in Austin, Texas.

Chair Leslie Pool called the committee meeting to order at 2:03 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

1. Approve the minutes of the June 1, 2021 Austin Energy Utility Oversight Committee meetings.

The minutes of the June 1, 2021 meeting were approved on Council Member Kelly’s motion, and Council Member Ellis’s second, on a 9-0 vote.

DISCUSSION and POSSIBLE ACTION

2. Revise the 2021 Austin Energy Utility Oversight Committee Meeting Schedule.:

The revised 2021 meeting schedule (i.e., remaining meetings will be September 28 and November 16 at 1:30p) was approved on Council Member Kelly’s motion, and Council Member Kitchen’s second, on a 9-0 vote.
