The Joint City Council and Planning Commission Meeting will convene at 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at Austin City Hall 301 W. Second Street, Austin, TX and some members of City Council and Planning Commission may be participating by videoconference 

Public comment will be allowed in-person or remotely by telephone. Speakers may only register to speak on an item once either in-person or remotely. Public Hearings and Possible Actions 

1. Conduct a public hearing to receive public comment on proposed amendments to City Code Chapter 25-2 (Zoning) that would allow up to three housing units, including tiny homes and recreational vehicles, on a single-family (SF) zoned property; revise regulations that apply to a property with two housing units; and remove restrictions on the number of unrelated adults living in a housing unit.
