The City Council of Austin, Texas, convened in a Special Called Joint Meeting with Travis County
Commissioners Court  at Austin City Hall 301 W. Second Street, Austin, TX via videoconference.

Mayor Adler called the Council Meeting to order at 9:04 a.m.

BRIEFINGS

1. Update on Covid-19 related matters.

Presentation was made by Dr. Desmar Walkes, Austin Public Health Director, Adrienne
Sturrup, Interim Director, Austin Public Health, Charles Brotherton, Office of Emergency
Management, Travis County, and George Morales, Constable, Precinct 4, Travis County.

Mayor Adler adjourned the Council Meeting at 10:45 a.m. without objection.

The minutes were approved on this the 4th day of November 2021 on Council Member Alter’s motion, Council Member Ellis’ second on a 11-0 vote.
