City of Austin City Council Met May 11.

Here are the minutes provided by the council:

The City Council of Austin, Texas, convened in a special called joint meeting with the Travis County Commissioners Court via Videoconference. 

Mayor Adler called the Council Meeting to order at 9:05 a.m. Mayor Pro Tem Harper-Madison and Council Members .Alter, Kelly, Renteria, and Tovo were off the dais. 

BREIFING 

1. Update on Covid-19 related matters. 

Presentation was given by Dr. Mark Escott, Medical Director and Stephanie Hayden Howard, Assistant City Manager. 

Mayor Adler adjourned the Council Meeting at 10:30 a.m. without objection. Council Member Renteria was off the dais. 

The minutes were approved on this the 3rd day of June 2021 on Mayor Adler’s motion, on a 10-0 vote. Council Member Kelly was absent.
