City of Austin City Council met March 2.

Here are the minutes provided by the council:

The City Council of Austin, Texas, convened in a Special Called Meeting at City of Austin Planning and Development Center 6310 Wilhelmina Delco Drive, Austin Texas 78752, Room 1406-Special Event Space, and some members of City Council may be participating by videoconference.

Mayor Adler called the Council Meeting to order at 8:40 a.m. Council Members Ellis, Harper Madison, Renteria, Tovo and Vela were remote.

DISCITSSION

1. Update on Project Connect and discussion of Orange Line and Blue Line light rail design status. No action will be taken.

The Presentation was given by Dottie Watkins, CapMetro; David Couch, Austin Transit Partners; Annick B; and Annick Beaudet, City of Austin

Mayor Adler adjourned the Council Meeting at 11:01 a.m. without objection.

The minutes were approved on this the 24th day of March 2022 on Council Member Pool’s motion, Council Member Fuentes second on a 11-0 vote.
