The Texas Real Estate Research Center at Texas A&M University has issued the following press release:

AUSTIN – Cielo Property Group is breaking ground on the Perennial, a 750,000-square-foot office tower on 0.81 acres along Fourth St. between Brazos St. and San Jacinto Blvd.

The property will have more than 100,000 square foot of outdoor space and 37,000 sf of retail space on the first three floors.

Construction will be complete in late 2025.

The project team includes architect Perkins & Will, civil engineer Garza EMC, general contractor JE Dunn Construction, and leasing agent Aquila Commercial.
