Central Texas online auction supports flood relief with unique items

Austin Arena Company, LLC, the operator of Moody Center, is launching the Central Texas Strong Online Auction from July 21 to August 4, 2025. The initiative aims to support Central Texas communities affected by recent floods.

The auction is presented in collaboration with Dwyer Workforce Development and features over 100 unique items such as concert experiences, signed memorabilia, sports tickets, and cultural events. Proceeds will aid organizations providing essential services to those impacted by the floods.

“We are deeply committed to supporting Central Texas during this challenging time,” said Alex Katz, Community Relations Manager at Austin Arena Company. “The Central Texas Strong Online Auction is more than just a fundraiser. It is an opportunity for the community to come together, celebrate resilience, and help neighbors rebuild.”

Auction highlights include signed music memorabilia from artists like George Strait and Mariah Carey; live music experiences at Moody Center; VIP passes to ACL Festival; and sports packages including tickets to Texas Longhorns Football and San Antonio Spurs games.

Bidding for the auction opens on July 21 and closes on August 4 at 9:00 PM CT through ctxstrong.givesmart.com.

Austin Arena Company manages Moody Center in Austin in partnership with Oak View Group and Live Nation/C3 Presents. Dwyer Workforce Development focuses on providing career opportunities in healthcare.
