The Texas Real Estate Research Center has issued the following press release:

AUSTIN – Carr Properties has broken ground on Block 16, a 43-story office tower at 201 San Jacinto Blvd.

The 738,000-square foot building will have a fitness facility, meeting areas, and food and beverage offerings.

Construction will be complete by spring 2026. 

Gensler is the designer.
