CapMetro is set to support thousands of attendees at the 2022 Austin City Limits Music Festival by offering multiple routes connecting festivalgoers to Republic Square. From there, they can access the free ACL shuttle for both weekends of the event. However, CapMetro clarified that it does not operate the shuttle buses between Republic Square and Zilker Park.

In addition to facilitating access to the shuttle site, CapMetro will provide direct routes to Zilker Park. The agency will maintain its late-night service until 3 a.m. for those staying until the last performance.

Festival attendees have the option to rent a MetroBike from any of CapMetro’s 75 bikeshare stations to reach either Republic Square or Zilker Park. A MetroBike valet service will be available at Barton Springs Road & Sterzing St., ensuring space for docking bikes upon arrival at the festival.

Customers are advised to download the free CapMetro App for trip planning, schedules, and purchasing passes. For real-time departure information, signing up for MetroAlerts is recommended.

For a complete list of services provided over both weekends, visitors can refer to the CapMetro Blog.
