CapMetro is set to accommodate thousands of attendees at the 2022 Austin City Limits Music Festival by providing multiple routes to Republic Square. These routes will connect festivalgoers to the free ACL shuttle for both weekends of the event. It is important to note that CapMetro does not operate the shuttle buses between Republic Square and Zilker Park.

In addition to service to the shuttle site, CapMetro will offer direct routes to Zilker Park. The agency will continue its late-night routes until 3 a.m. for those staying until the last performer.

Festival attendees can also rent a MetroBike from any of CapMetro’s 75 bikeshare stations to reach Republic Square or Zilker Park. A MetroBike valet will be available at the Barton Springs Road & Sterzing St. bike station, ensuring a place to dock bikes upon arrival at the festival.

Customers are encouraged to download the free CapMetro App for trip planning, schedules, and purchasing passes. For real-time departure information, customers should sign up for MetroAlerts.

For a comprehensive list of services provided during both weekends, visit CapMetro’s ACL webpage or blog.
