The Texas Real Estate Research Center at Texas A&M University has issued the following press release:

AUSTIN – BAE Systems Inc. is completing its 390,000-sqaure foot facility in the Parmer Austin business park. 

The $150 million facility will include a 204-seat auditorium, gym, and 45,000 square foot for future expansion. 

The company will employ 1,400 at its new campus.  

Construction will be complete by the second quarter. 

The project team includes developer Trammell Crow Co., general contractor DPR Construction, and architect STG Design.
