Austin police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred late Saturday night in the 9200 block of Cameron Road. Officers responded to the scene at approximately 11:55 p.m. on August 2, 2025, where they found the motorcyclist, identified as Terrance E. English, deceased.

According to authorities, this incident marks Austin’s 58th fatal crash of the year, with a total of 62 fatalities reported so far in 2025. By comparison, there were 48 fatal crashes and 51 deaths by this date in 2024.

Police noted that these details come from their initial assessment and that the investigation remains ongoing. They cautioned that information regarding the fatality may change as more facts become available.
