The Austin Neighborhoods Council (ANC) has released the agenda for its upcoming virtual general membership meeting scheduled for April 23, 2025. The meeting will take place from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM and will be conducted via Zoom.
Anna Pittala, ANC Co-Communications Coordinator, announced the supplemented agenda, which includes links to various presentations. Members are reminded to add their affiliation with ANC when signing into the Zoom meeting to ensure participation. “Anyone signing in with no affiliation to ANC will be bounced off the meeting,” Pittala said.
The agenda includes a welcome address by Ana Aguirre, ANC President, followed by a state legislative and city update from Barbara McArthur. A presentation on ETOD at North Lamar and South Congress Transit Centers by Julie Woods is also scheduled.
Jack McGarvey from the AFD Wildfire Division will discuss wildfire awareness. Chris Dibrell and Marco Martinez will join him as part of the Fire Adapted Communities initiative. The session will conclude with a question-and-answer segment and announcements before adjournment at 8:15 PM.
