Austin LGBT Chamber announces nominees for Queer Frontier Business of Pride Gala

The Austin LGBT Chamber of Commerce has revealed the nominees for the Queer Frontier 2024 Business of Pride Gala. This annual event recognizes businesses and community leaders across ten categories. These include Ceci Gratias Guardian (Nonprofit), Health and Wellness, Community Leader, Pride in Government, LGBT+ owned Business of the Year, Allied Member of the Year, Corporate Partner of the Year, Creative Arts, Pride in Leadership, and Rising Star.

A new category introduced this year is the Small Town Big Pride award. The nominees for this inaugural award are Curio Mrvosa Books and More, Load Off Fanny’s, Pride of Caldwell County, and Best Little Wine & Books.

Award recipients will be announced at a gala scheduled for December 7, 2024, at Hilton Austin. In addition to awards, scholarships will be given to LGBTQ+ and allied students through the Austin LGBT Chamber Education Fund. Applications close on October 31, 2024.

Sponsorships and tickets are available on businessofpride.com. Individual tickets go on sale in mid-October.

The Austin LGBT Chamber was founded in 1997 with a mission to promote economic vitality within communities by supporting LGBT and allied businesses.
