Austin FC II has announced the signing of two players from its academy to amateur agreements. Goalkeeper Nico Aristizábal and forward David Santos, both members of the Austin FC Academy U-18 team, will join 11 other academy players who have signed similar agreements with Austin FC II.
These amateur agreements allow young athletes to train and compete with Austin FC II while maintaining their eligibility for collegiate and academy play. The move aims to provide these players with more opportunities to develop their skills within a competitive environment.
