Austin FC II is set to host Sporting KC II at Parmer Field this Friday evening, with the match kicking off at 7:30 p.m. CT. Fans can catch the action on Apple TV via the MLS Season Pass.

This game marks Austin FC II’s seventh home match and their 14th overall in the 2025 MLS NEXT Pro regular season. The team returns from a successful away match against Portland Timbers2, where Micah Burton scored a late goal to push the game into penalties. Goalkeeper Charlie Farrar played a crucial role by making a key save, while Diego Abarca secured victory in sudden death, moving Austin FC II to ninth place in the Western Conference standings.

The upcoming match will be the second time this season that Austin FC II faces Sporting KC II at home. Their previous encounter ended in a scoreless draw, with Austin winning in penalties to earn an extra point.

Sporting KC II arrives following a road loss to Houston Dynamo 2, continuing their struggle as they remain winless in regulation under new head coach Istvan Urbanyi. The team is currently at the bottom of the Western Conference with eight losses and four draws, only one of which earned them an extra point. Despite these challenges, seven different players have managed to score for Sporting KC II this season.
