Austin FC II has announced that the club and forward Anthony Garcia have mutually agreed to terminate his contract. The 21-year-old player participated in seven MLS NEXT Pro matches during the 2024 season, starting three times and scoring one goal.

“Austin FC II announced today that the team and forward Anthony Garcia have mutually agreed to a contract termination,” read a statement from Austin FC Communications.

Garcia’s departure marks a change for the team as they prepare for future seasons. His contributions included appearances in key matches, although his time with the club was relatively brief.
