Austin FC has announced the addition of five new individuals to its ownership group. Jenny Just, Matt Hulsizer, Tench Coxe, Tanuj Gulati, and Dave Snyderman have acquired non-controlling, minority stakes in the club. All new members reside in Austin and their investment is expected to support the club’s growth.
Anthony Precourt, Austin FC Founder, CEO, and Majority Owner, retains majority control. The original investment group members including Eduardo Margain, Marius Haas, Bryan Sheffield, Matthew McConaughey, David Kahn, and Toby Neugebauer remain as owners alongside Precourt.

Inner Circle Sports acted as the investment bank for this transaction. Anthony Precourt will continue as Governor within Major League Soccer’s Board of Governors while Matt Hulsizer will serve as Alternate Governor.
Jenny Just and Matt Hulsizer are Co-Founders of PEAK6 Investments. They have a history in global soccer investments including AFC Bournemouth and Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C. Tench Coxe has a background in technology investments with Sutter Hill Ventures and serves on Nvidia’s board. Tanuj Gulati co-founded Securonix and has a passion for soccer. Dave Snyderman is Managing Partner at Magnetar Capital.
