In 2025, the Guest Services team at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) provided assistance to more than 780,000 passengers, answering questions and helping travelers navigate the airport. The team also organized 12 events throughout the year, where over 4,000 passengers participated in activities such as making envelopes for Lunar New Year, creating cards and crafts for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, and wrapping gifts during the holiday season.
The Guest Services team manages the Volunteer Ambassador program, which is dedicated to supporting airport visitors by offering guidance and information. In 2025, volunteers contributed a total of 2,773 hours and assisted an additional 72,685 visitors.
