188-acre master-planned community slated for Dripping Springs

The Texas Real Estate Center has issued the following press release:

DRIPPING SPRINGS – Tri Pointe Homes Inc. and M/I Homes Inc. are building Heritage, a 188-acre master-planned community.

The two builders will each build 293 single-family homes. Delivery is slated for later this year.

The city annexed the site in 2017.
